At VERDAVAINNE, each couture creation is individually designed and crafted to reflect the unique vision, measurements, and preferences of the client. Because of the highly personalized nature of our garments, our return policy differs from traditional retail policies.
Made-to-Order Couture
All VERDAVAINNE gowns are created through a custom design process following a private consultation. Each piece is handcrafted in our Manhattan atelier using premium fabrics and precise measurements. Due to the made-to-order nature of our couture garments, returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final, and custom couture orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Order Confirmation
Clients are encouraged to carefully review all design details, measurements, and customization selections during the consultation process before confirming their order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
Alterations & Fit Adjustments
Minor fit adjustments may be recommended following the fitting process. Our atelier provides professional alteration services when appropriate to ensure the best possible fit for your garment.
Couture Production
As each gown is made individually, production timelines may vary depending on design complexity, fabric sourcing, and craftsmanship.
